Noon-1:30 Brian’s program

Our September program will provide lessons for all companies, whether Federal Contractors or not, regarding your recruiting / hiring processes and the challenge of record keeping within the definition of internet applicant OFCCP regulations. Corporate legal teams have differing opinions and advice for companies related to administration of these regulations, and this program will let you hear from a prominent recruiting leader and learn how he balances the recruiting process with OFCCP regulations within his own company.
Since 2006, federal contracting companies have been subject to the OFCCP regulations governing the definition of an internet applicant within their recruiting processes. Many companies have made fundamental changes in their recruiting processes and technologies due to the regulations. Other companies have made smaller changes and are comfortable with their current processes. Either way, the regulations have generated a deeper look into recruiting department's process documentation, record keeping and reporting practices.
In this workshop you’ll learn
- The evolution of the current OFCCP regulations from a practitioner's eyes
- Best practices learned and "not so best practices" discontinued
- Current areas of recruiting processes and record keeping every company should be evaluating, and
- Current trends and risks in partnerships with recruiting vendors.
